Terms of sale

1. Seller

Sales made on aristudios.fr and in Ari Studios games are concluded with SASU ASSYLIE, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) with a share capital of €2,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 904 144 003, whose registered office is at 20 avenue Georges Pompidou, 69003 Lyon, France. Ari Studios is a brand operated by SASU ASSYLIE. Contact: hello@aristudios.fr.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the sale of cosmetic digital content for the game Roadster Race: car appearances (“skins”), extra circuits and the full pack. The game itself is free. Purchased content gives no gameplay advantage.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars depending on your country at the time of purchase: €1.99 ($1.99) per skin, €3.99 ($3.99) per circuit, €9.99 ($9.99) for the full pack. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Your bank may charge currency or card fees.

4. Order and payment

You choose the item in the game, then pay on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe, by card or one of the other payment methods offered. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. A receipt is sent to you by email.

5. Delivery

The item is unlocked in the game immediately after payment is confirmed, on the device and browser used for the purchase. You can restore it on another device with the “Restore purchases” feature and the email address used at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly agree that the item is supplied as soon as payment is confirmed and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and technical problems

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If a paid item does not unlock or does not work, email hello@aristudios.fr with the email address used for the purchase: we will unlock the item or refund you.

8. Availability

Ari Studios games run in recent browsers. We do our best to keep your purchases available as long as the game is online. If we permanently shut the game down less than 12 months after your purchase, we will refund you on request.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please contact hello@aristudios.fr first. If the disagreement persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [name and website of the mediator].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
